WFR 19R, a Leyland Leopard, was photographed on collection from Walter Alexanders at Falkirk on June 3, 1977. It was one of a pair of the newest private hire specified vehicles in use in 1978. This semi-coach had a widened door, a design later taken up by some Scottish Bus Group operators. THOMAS KNOWLES
