A new fourth route taking in two local museums is just one of the attractions at this year’s Ensignbus Running Day on Saturday 4 December. The X54 will connect the Lakeside Shopping Centre in Essex with the Purfleet Heritage and Military Centre and RAF Hornchurch Heritage Centre.
“These are two excellent museums and not so well-known,” said Ensign’s Steve Newman. “We are delighted to support them especially with the problems Covid-19 has brought to museums. We have done a lot this year getting buses that have been laid up ready for the event.”
