A teenager is on the road to fulfilling his career dreams after impressing bosses at coach and bus hire company Belle Vue Manchester while working there in the evenings after school.
Tobi Dekker, aged 17, travelled to and from Marple Hall School in Stockport on a Belle Vue bus, and one day gave his contact details to the driver to pass on to Managing Director Phil Hitchen in case there was a job opportunity. Phil said he was bowled over by the young bus enthusiast’s knowledge and passion for the industry, and offered him the chance to help clean Belle Vue’s fleet for a couple of hours each weekday evening.
