Two operators recently demonstrated the importance of being alert when out on the road. Whilst driving a coach, a Bella Road Services manager saw a broken down coach full of passengers stranded on the hard shoulder of the M4 motorway. Reacting quickly, he managed to stop and offer assistance, and was able to take the passengers to the next service area where they could meet a replacement coach from the original operator. “This is what this industry is about. Helping each other,” Bella Road Services said on a LinkedIn post.
