Founded in November 1973, and still under the leadership of founder and Managing Director Dave Parry, respected coach operator Parry’s International celebrated 50 years in business with a special event for staff and customers in London. Based in Cheslyn Hay in the West Midlands, the company started out undertaking a variety of work, including private hire and school trips and contract work, introducing a tour programme around 1977. By 1980, the company had shifted to focus solely on the tour market, with trips to a range of British and European destinations.
