The RHA has launched a new legal service for its coach operator members. Starting from as little as 29p per day, the RHA says its coach members can now get access to comprehensive legal advice and support across a wide range of operational and business matters.
To date, the trade organisation says its legal services has received over 32,000 employment and regulatory calls since 2016, with 98% of all problems resolved within the first day. As well as operational issues, RHA Legal Services can offer support for commercial contracts, corporate activities such as property disputes, plus representation for Public Inquires and Employment Tribunals.
RHA Coaches Operations Manager Andy Warrender said: “We are delighted to be able to launch RHA legal services for RHA coach members. Since RHA Coaches came into being nearly four years ago, we’ve continually sought to add more value to membership for coach operators. This extends the opportunities for members and enhances the benefits of RHA membership even further.
“RHA Legal Services has proved invaluable to haulage members, and I believe that providing access to top legal advice and representation from experts in the passenger transport sector, at an affordable monthly fee, is a compelling offer for members.”
