The Hertfordshire operator is the first in the county to operate an electric coach
Hertfordshire operator Hearn’s Coaches says it is proud to announce the introduction of its first-ever fully electric coach, and the first in the county. The Yutong TCe12 50-seat coach has a 200-mile range, and Hearn’s says its arrival marks a bold step towards eco-friendly group travel, meeting a growing demand for greener transport options for schools, corporate groups, and private hire customers.
Hearn’s Coaches also highlighted the inclusivity benefit, as the TCe12 is fully accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility challenges. “We are excited to bring the first fully electric private hire coach to Hertfordshire,” said Managing Director Jamie Thacker. “This investment reflects our ongoing commitment to sustainability, innovation, and providing our customers with the best possible travel experience.”
