The 2016 Coach Holiday Conference will be held at the Holiday Inn, Stratford-upon-Avon from February 21-22, 2016.
The event, which has attracted record numbers over the past three years with more than 180 delegates attending this year’s Conference in Reading, will again be in 24-hour format with a formal dinner on Sunday, morning conference session on Monday followed by the ever popular CTC Workshop.
Following the successful extension of the workshop this year, it will again be in an extended format to include a one hour morning session and following a lunch break, a full afternoon of 10-minute one-to-one appointments between buyers and suppliers. Surrounded by the historic sights of Shakespeare’s birthplace, the Holiday Inn is set in landscaped gardens beside the River Avon. It has more than 200 rooms and had a £2m refurbishment two years ago.
The choice of Stratford is particularly apt as 2016 commemorates 400 years since the death of William Shakespeare and his legacy will be celebrated by Shakespeare’s England with a range of new exhibitions and events, including a new immersive theatrical experience at the Royal Shakespeare Company; a reimagining of Shakespeare’s final home, New Place, while Shakespeare’s Schoolroom at King Edward VI School will open for the first time to the general public.
A 24-hour delegate rate, including DBB on February 21, attendance at the conference and workshop and including lunch on Monday, February 22, will be £125pp for operators and £250pp for suppliers.
