James Day visits PHVC to take a closer look at one of its factory-built Iveco Daily Line minibuses
At the end of April this year, Fareham-based minibus supplier PHVC confirmed it was ordering a stock of 21 factory-built Iveco Daily Line minibuses. While the vehicle has been seen in the UK once before with community transport operator Ivel Sprinter, this is the first time the vehicle has been brought to market at its maximum capacity of 22 seats.
The Daily Line forms part of the new Iveco minibus range for the UK, alongside the more high-spec Daily Tourys – which was revealed as International Minibus of the Year 2017 at the FIAA show last year – and the entry level Daily Start, a lighter 16-seater minibus with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 4.5 tonnes.
