Belle Vue Coaches’ Leigh Olsen spoke to Angela Youngman about her surprise win at the 2018 Coach Awards
Looking back over her three years at Belle Vue Coaches, Leigh Olsen has been surprised at how her job has evolved, and the sheer amount of tasks she now undertakes.
Three years ago, Leigh joined Manchester-based Belle Vue Coaches to take a few sales calls on a part-time basis. Within six months she was working full-time for the business working very much on her own initiative, covering everything from customer calls and taking payments to dealing with contractors and staff. She organises Belle Vue’s vintage vehicles, helps out in every department and has even gained her CPC management certificate. In short, she has become indispensable.
