Not only do I work in the bus industry and follow it, I also have an interest in the road haulage and rail industries too. My interest in trucks means that I read a lot of magazines associated with them, and there is one area in particular where I feel the bus industry could benefit by following suit. All buses out on the roads are fitted with CCTV, which in most cases is a costly resource that is underutilised.
