Go-Ahead recently launched its ‘Women in Bus’ network, part of its plan to create a more balanced and diverse industry. Angela Youngman reports
Traditionally, the bus industry has been regarded as a man’s world, but Go-Ahead is preparing to challenge that image. Siobhan Morrison, Group People Director at The Go-Ahead Group said: “We are looking to double our female workforce from 11.2% across the UK and Ireland to 20% by 2025.
