Novadata has introduced its new Driver Reprimand Book, giving operators a new way to make records of any reprimands issued to drivers over breaches in regulations.
The document is A5 and landscape, and includes fields such as:
- Reprimands for incorrect use of digital tachographs
- Infringement of Drivers Hours regulations; and
- Breaches of the working time directive.
The document provides fields for both the driver and a company representative to comment on the employee’s breach of regulations, with room for up to 50 investigations.
It is designed to enable a constructive review of the incident so that the operator and driver benefit, to reduce the likelihood of further infringements and identify if additional training is required.
