First Southampton has announced the introduction of a new bus route to its City Red family, the City Red 1.
This new route will be operational from 22 September 2019, and will operate from the city centre, via the northside of Central Station and Waterloo Road and then to Central Totton and on to Calmore. On weekdays it will run up to every 10 minutes.
In a Facebook post First said: “We’re busy putting the final touches to our timetable leaflet and map which will be published on our websites soon, and in the meantime we are very much looking forward to welcoming our new customers in Totton and Calmore.”
