2. NUD 105L 1973
A batch of ECW-bodied Bristol VRTs was purchased for the London service, but their high-speed rear axles made them overheat when approaching the hilly Chiltern area. They were soon moved to other routes. 105 is seen in May 1973, when only a few months old. It lives on in 2020, in preservation. CHERWELL BUS PRESERVATION GROUP
