The market for buying classic AEC Routemasters appears to be stagnating but heritage private hire demand is doing well. Ross Newman, a director at Britain’s biggest bus dealership, Ensign, said there had been a definite fall in enquiries from would-be buyers, a situation which seems to be reflected across the market.
