Santa will be out and about driving buses on the Reading Buses network to spread some Christmas cheer on the buses as well as trying to raise a bit of money for the company’s charity of the year Sport in Mind.
Said Santa: “I’m really excited to be back behind the wheel of Reading Buses – I love the people both at the company and in the town itself. It’s so lovely to see people’s smiles as they get on board. Let’s get the Christmas spirit up!”
With people more keen than ever to start celebrating Christmas early, Reading Buses employees are also going to be wearing Christmas accessories.
Customers can look out for drivers with tinsel in their hair as well as Santa and elf hats.
Reading Buses is asking customers who see Santa or any of the drivers with their festive accessories that raise a smile to text SIM 2 to 70085 and donate £2 to Sport in Mind.
