Although still in coach colours, Alexander-bodied Bedford VAM EST 824E (CD20) was in use as a service bus by 1976, and was parked at the depot after arriving from Inverness with evidence of multiple destination stickers having been applied to its windscreen in the absence of a functioning destination screen.
