Since it was founded over three decades ago, Novadata has continually expanded its training offering. John Lewis investigates how the firm can help operators of all sizes

Few transport training providers can match the range of courses and products that Novadata can offer or its level of expertise – and expert training is definitely needed if you are intent on obtaining the all-important Management Certificate of Professional Competence for Passenger Carrying Vehicles. Braintree, Essex-based Novadata’s course lasts for eight days, says Training Development Manager, Mark Lewin. Unlike the Driver’s CPC, this CPC involves examinations.

“You are faced with a two-hour 60-question multiple-choice exam plus a two-and-a-quarter-hour exam that involves a case study,” he said. You are given a complex scenario, then asked half-a-dozen or so questions about it.
