Alexander Dennis (ADL) has launched a new look for its parts website, www.adlparts.direct, with over 10,000 fast moving items catalogued.

The move follows significant investment and a significant effort by the ADL team over the past 12 months, which has resulted in thousands of items being catalogued, photographed and – where appropriate – presented as diagrams and drawings, thereby enabling quick and trouble-free identification.

The revamped approach introduces a contemporary, new look to the site, along with improved accessibility for the public using integrated credit and debit card payment systems.

In addition, established customers can use their ADL aftermarket parts account to gain secure access to the site, enabling them to retrieve information on over 300,000 items. There is also a WebTech zone, which contains body and chassis service manuals, technical bulletins and advanced service information.

The new look website includes a listing of the top 20 most requested parts and provides the mechanism for users to create and store their own parts basket for simple re-ordering. There is also a subscription function providing access to monthly parts promotions, as well as a comprehensive line-up of products covering many original equipment manufacturers.

Customers who have activated their online account receive 24/7 parts ordering availability, up to date stock news and a variety of delivery options, all of which can be charged directly to their accounts taking advantage of ADL’s payments terms.
