Michael Morton, Area MD at Arriva Buses Wales, said: “We’re pleased to welcome such a number of buses to the Wrexham depot. The Sapphire service was developed as a result of extensive consumer research, looking at what passengers want when travelling by bus, so we are delighted to be able to respond to that by giving our customers a service they have requested and to help improve the perceptions of travelling by bus.”
