Arriva extends 21st Century contract

21st Century Technology has reported that it has extended its CCTV and IT systems contract with Arriva UK Bus by two years. Arriva UK Bus has extended its existing framework agreement through to February 2017, with an option for an additional year to February 2020.
The company has provided on-board CCTV systems and IT since 2002. It currently covers a fleet of 5,900 buses, of which 1,600 in London provide 17% of the capital’s bus services.
21st Century CEO, Russ Singleton, said: “We will continue to invest in the development of innovative technologies and back-office processes, as part of our drive to continuously improve system reliability and performance.”
