YW68PDY is the most recent addition to the Garelochhead Coaches fleet and is also the first Alexander Dennis to be bought new by the operator. Its procurement followed the award of a six-month contract for the 100 Riversider route linking George Square with the Riverside Museum via the SSE Hydro, SEC Centre and Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum. Keith Shand, who took the picture outside Glasgow City Chambers, advised that when the contract finishes, the bus will be used to replace older members of the Garelochhead fleet.
