Formerly used on the guided busway, John Robinson captured this Whippet Wright Eclipse 2-bodied Volvo B7RLE WG102 (BF63 HFA) heads along East Street, Kimbolton, operating the 1400 Huntingdon-Kimbolton-Huntingdon circular (service 400) on 18 September. The annual ‘Statty’ fair, which dates from Kimbolton’s Market Charter in the 1200’s, and has been run most years since then, closes the High Street to traffic necessitating a short diversion via the narrow St Andrew’s Lane and East Street.
