In-keeping with the gastronomic delights sampled by Richard Walter in Edinburgh elsewhere in this issue, Bustronome Voyage Gourmand operates specially fitted out Ayats Bravo LJ19GNF, a luxury bus restaurant in London. The vehicle offers 38 passengers on the top deck a fantastic panoramic view of the city whilst enjoying lunch, afternoon tea or dinner and a glass of wine. A similar tour is run in Paris. Richard photographed the bus in September 2019 near its starting point at Westminster.
