A type not often featured in CBW’s pages, MX23 LDK is one of two Mellor Sigma 10s owned by Dumfries & Galloway Council and purchased with the help of funding from the Scottish Government. After initial problems with the charging system at its depot, correspondent Colin Douglas reports that the Council has placed the vehicles into service. They are being used on route 555 between Kirkcudbright and Dumfries as well as services to Thornhill and home to school journeys.
