History was made, unintentionally, on 29 May 2023 when what CBW believe to be the first hybrid coach to be used on the National Express network was provided by Cozy Travel at short notice to cover a journey on service 550 from Luton Airport to Liverpool via Birmingham. Driver Luke Garley captured Irizar i4H GO67 ECO at its final destination in Liverpool.
