From time to time, we at CBW hear from readers eager to give their thoughts on the magazine – whether it be a particular article or issue, or as a whole. The vast, vast majority of comments we receive are positive, and we thank each and every one of our readers for supporting us in our role: supporting the coach and bus industry.
Recently, we heard from two readers who, while equally positive about the magazine, have slightly different reasons for picking it up!
First to get in touch was long-time subscriber and enthusiast Duncan Anderson, who commented on our coverage of the Lothian centenary (CBW1413). “I cannot really recall any other publication that has given such an interesting and excellent coverage about the Lothian centenary,” he said. He also highlighted issue 1441’s “excellent, informative and well-illustrated” article on the buses of Shetland.
Meanwhile, we also heard recently from Paula and Bradley, the parents of two-year-old Bernard from Cambridge. “His favourite toy is a bus, preferably a London bus or a yellow school bus,” they wrote via Instagram.
“He has a huge collection of bus toys,” they continued. “It’s around 60-70 buses and coaches in total, which he plays with every day and chooses one each night to put in his bed.
“We recently discovered this magazine which has become his new obsession. Thank you so much!”
