The Maynes of Buckie team has announced that following an independent audit by Lloyd Morgan Group, they have been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from The Guild of British Coach Operators and CoachMarque with a pass rate 100%.
The Guild of British Coach Operators and the ‘CoachMarque’ run by the Confederation of Passenger Transport (CPT) audit each member company every two years to ensure they meet the exacting standards required. It is very important to Maynes that the company continues to shine in the industry and passing the audit again means a great deal.
Director Kevin Mayne said: “Maynes has a reputation for customer service, reliability, investment and professionalism – we are very much a hands on family company and to reach these high standards is only a testament to our team and those that have worked with us since my great grandfather started Maynes in 1947.”
