Penny Brohn UK, a cancer support charity, recently supported a national fundraising event in London.
The charity, based in Pill, sent nearly 50 staff, volunteers plus their friends and family members to London to support the annual MoonWalk event.
Bakers Dolphin, based in Weston-super-Mare, made all this happen through supplying a complimentary coach and driver to transport the group.

The event was held at night, and participants power-walked a marathon or half marathon dressed in brightly-decorated bras to raise money for breast cancer causes.
Sarah Gottesman, Volunteer Manager at Penny Brohn UK, said: “A huge thank you to Bakers Dolphin for providing our wonderful MoonWalk volunteers with free travel and for looking after us so well.
“The drivers went above and beyond and were brilliant.
“It was a fantastic event with a fun and friendly atmosphere.
“Volunteering at MoonWalk is a great way for us to say thank you to Walk the Walk for their incredible support, and hearing so many personal stories is really inspiring.”
