
HONG KONG Cityswift has partnered with Citybus to offer the operator its latest innovations in AI and data technology to improve bus reliability, deliver optimal service levels, and provide an enhanced customer experience on Hong Kong’s public transport network. With a fleet of over 1,700 buses and a workforce of more than 5,000 employees, Citybus says the partnership marks a significant milestone. It is setting up a new AI-driven Operations Control Centre and expects the partnership to also lower costs through team and vehicle efficiency improvements while embracing digital transformation and technological innovation.
