The Isle of Wight played host to Classic Buses, Beer & Walks over the weekend of 13 and 14 October. While Saturday was warm and sunny, according to the organisers high winds in the Solent and a ferry breakdown left several buses stranded on the mainland so all their ‘standby’ vehicles were drafted in. CBW has been advised that the PVR was a staggering 95, but this is an event that really does draw the crowds and capacity loads were the norm.

Sunday was decidedly wet, but Kris Lake was there on Saturday and took the following pictures.
