Country Lion joins Guild of British Coach Operators

In its 40th anniversary year, The Guild of British Coach Operators says it is delighted to welcome long established Country Lion of Northampton to membership. Guild Chairman Anthony Winson commented: “Country Lion is a great fit to our membership, having excelled in the independent audit required to gain membership coupled with its long-held reputation for excellence. The company is already benefitting, as are our other members, from exchange of good practice and cooperation through our various focus groups.”

Speaking for Country Lion, Paul Shaw explained: “Joining the Guild is a natural step for Country Lion as we seek to align ourselves with the best in the industry. The Guild represents a standard of excellence that we strive for in all aspects of our operations.”
The Guild of British Coach Operators has 25 members from across the UK and was founded to promote the highest standards of coach operation. Its members meet frequently to discuss best practice along with provision of mutual aid.
