The Coach Tourism Council (CTC) is inviting tourist boards, destinations and hotel groups to put forward offers to stage and host its key events in 2014. The four events together attract several hundred representatives from coach tour operators to industry suppliers to provide major showcasing and sales opportunities.
The main event of the year is the annual Coach Holiday Conference and Workshop scheduled for February 23-24, 2014 which earlier this year attracted 180 delegates to the Filton Holiday Inn Hotel, Bristol, which hosted the event with the support of Destination Bristol. Previous hosts have included Blackpool, Bournemouth, Chester, Harrogate, Maidstone and Llandudno.
Hosts are also required for the AGM event in early June, the Summer BBQ at the end of July and the pre Christmas social at the end of November. The CTC is also looking to mark its 25th anniversary in 2014 with a special event.
