New in 2005, Scania Omnidekka YN05 WFE was one of a batch of 28 Scania Omnidekkas for Nottingham City Transport, and is now in the care of Nottingham Heritage Vehicles, housed at its Bulwell base. The Omnidekka was developed as NCT wanted a double-deck variant of the Scania Omnicity single-decker, and was supplied to the operator in its longest version. In 2016 the bus was painted in a special livery to mark 50 years since the city’s last trolleybus. The colour scheme was adapted in 2018 to mark 140 years of Nottingham City Transport.
