Johnsons Coach Travel has reinvented its range of brochures – a move which quickly paid off and led to a UK Coach Awards win. Angela Youngman investigates

Browsing through a coach company brochure is where most customers begin their travel plans. An inviting, appealing brochure attracts immediate attention, encouraging the potential customer to look more closely at the choices on offer. They are, quite simply, a coach company’s shop window.

Recognising the sheer importance of this factor, Johnsons Coach Travel decided to take a complete review of all its brochures, resulting in a decision to totally overhaul the style and content so as to make them much more customer friendly. It was a momentous decision that has proved extremely successful for Johnsons, even leading to a gold award at the 2019 UK Coach Awards.
