Distinctive Systems has announced the release of a two way integration between its free Coach Hire Exchange (CHX) job exchange service and its Coach Manager Connect service.
The integration will increase the user base for CHX to over 1,000 operators and will also make an increased number of jobs available to users of both systems.
Coach Manager is a widely used private hire and contract booking system in the UK, which Distinctive says is in daily use with over 500 of the country’s leading operators. CHX is a free of charge cloud-based passenger recovery and job exchange service, which was released in April of this year. Distinctive says it is already in use with over 500 operators, excluding those who have Coach Manager.
The CHX integration works in conjunction with the established Coach Manager Connect service, which allows operators who use Coach Manager to share jobs with each other. This service works in much the same way as CHX; operators can quickly post the details of a job they would like to contract out to a large number of other operators. Every operator can see all the available jobs and can offer to cover anything they might be interested in.
Jobs that are made available on Coach Manager Connect can now be automatically posted to CHX. Similarly, jobs that are posted to CHX are now automatically made available to every operator using Coach Manager. The combined list of jobs can be viewed on both systems.
