East Yorkshire Buses says it is proud that the drivers of its Coaster service have claimed the top spot in the ‘Premium Customer Service’ ratings from Great Scenic Journeys in a review of nearly 200 customer service evaluations over the last 12 months.
Great Scenic Journeys describes the Coaster service as one of the friendliest routes in the UK, with passengers praising drivers for their warm welcomes, helpful insights, and genuine hospitality. “The driver literally swept me off my feet, giving me the warmest of welcomes, regaling me of the scenery and hosting me towards my seat,” remarked one reviewer, whilst another said: “the driver told me the journey time, places to visit, scenery en route and what a bargain the £2 fare was before wishing me a great trip!”
Alex Warner, co-founder and Managing Director of AJW Experience Group, which is responsible for Great Scenic Journeys, added: “The drivers on the Coaster route were absolutely outstanding, making our reviewers and other customers instantly feel welcome, and giving great service throughout their journeys.
