The East Anglia Transport Museum is holding its annual Trolleybus Weekend on 28 and 29 September. This event is said to be a firm favourite with enthusiasts and families alike, and the museum is aiming to have all of its operational trolleybuses in service over the weekend, operating an intensive service under its overhead wires. The museum will be open until 2100hrs on the Saturday, allowing visitors to experience twilight journeys aboard its vehicles. Free vintage bus services will also operate to Lowestoft and Beccles, and a free park & ride service, provided by First Eastern Counties, will be in operation on both days.
