Eberspächer has acquired the entirety of climate control specialist Kalori SAS, based in Lyon, France.
Kalori has been operating for 25 years, growing its turnover to 22 million euros, and specialises in construction, agricultural, forestry machinery, as well as marine, ambulances, minibuses, buses, utility vehicles and RVs.
The acquisition will compliment Eberspächer UK’s existing business and enable it to do more business in a greater number of industry sectors.
Kalori’s product portfolio includes the TrimLine range of ducting outlets, fan blowers and AC components as well as a range of evaporators and condenser components.
Unique pressurisation technology complements in-cabin heating and cooling components providing clean air in the driver´s cab, even in dusty work conditions.
