Epsom Coaches welcomed its customers to its 2017 brochure launch event, which was held at the Queen’s Stand at Epsom Racecourse on Wednesday, October 5.
The annual event saw record attendee numbers and bookings this year, with the company’s new Great Britain and Europe 2017 brochure getting a great reception from customers old and new.
“We had a fantastic reaction to the new brochure,” commented Jennifer Sutton, Marketing and PR Manager for Epsom Coaches.
“Customers were pleased to see their favourites were still there but were impressed with the number of new tours, 41 in total, offering a diverse mix of experiences. The bookings team were hard at work all day which was a great sign.”
Customers can choose from 155 holidays in the 2017 brochure, from musical maestros such as Andre Rieu to popular destinations such as Emmerdale Studios to the Lavender Fields and Villages of Provence. The company’s new Day Trip brochure which, will be out early next year, will also offer 207 day trips.
Attendees were also given first viewing of the new Mercedes-Benz Tourismo fleet, which is being delivered in early 2017. The specification on three axles includes and WiFi and Euro 6 engines to satisfy the Ultra-Low Emission Zone requirements in London from 2019.
“It was wonderful to get such great feedback on our tours from customers,” added Jennifer.
“They were particularly complimentary about the quality of the holidays and the comfort of our coaches with such features as our Door to Door service, where we collect people from home and drop them back after their holiday, seen as the icing on the cake.”
