Paul Davies, ADL President & Managing Director

A new Farnborough office and museum form part of the firm’s plan for the future, along with international growth and hydrogen power, reports Jonathan Welch

In July 2020, Paul Davies took over the reigns at Alexander Dennis (ADL) as its President and Managing Director, returning to his native Scotland and taking over from Colin Roberston who took up a new role as Vice Chair of ADL parent company NFI’s Board of Directors. Paul joined Alexander Dennis in 1997 and has over 25 years of automotive and rail industry experience, and as Regional Managing Director based in Hong Kong led the company’s long-term profitable growth in the Asia Pacific region. Paul’s role in the Asia Pacific region passed to Steve Rose, who joined ADL from Cummins.
