From Scotland to Sandwich

While the Formula 1 at Silverstone was making all the headlines, Stagecoach was also busy transporting spectators for The Open Golf Championship in Sandwich, Kent between 11 and 18 July. Whilst vehicles were loaned to Stagecoach South East from London, South and South West, perhaps the award for the most furthest-travelled vehicles were two from Stagecoach East Scotland’s Aberhill depot, a distance of over 500 miles from the South East coastline. James Otley was on hand to capture Alexander Dennis Enviro400MMC 15560 pass through Sandwich Toll Gate arch on 12 July.
