Last month, the BBC’s Richard Moss visited Go North East and got behind the wheel to see what it’s like to drive a bus and to find out more about the recent staff shortages. With companies across various industries struggling with shortages, from hospitality to social care, Richard was invited to visit the operator as part of its drive to raise the profile of how the shortage is impacting on the services that can be delivered.
