Go North East opens its doors at Gateshead depot

Between 1000 and 1600hrs, the operator will give visitors chance to see behind the scenes of its depot, whilst the North East Bus Preservation Trust’s Bus Rally will also take place just up the road at the Metrocentre coach park at the same time, with a display of vintage and modern buses and a free shuttle bus running between the two.

Entry to the site will be free, but donations will be welcomed and there will be small charges for some activities as the company raises funds for the Disasters Emergency Committee’s Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.
