Go North East routes X9 and X10 between Middlesbrough and Newcastle via the A19, and serving Stockton, Peterlee, and Gateshead started operating with Caetano Levante coaches from 5 September to improve reliability and offer a higher specification of USB charging, power sockets, air-conditioning and comfy seating. These coaches will be used on the route until autumn when refreshed Plaxton Elite i coaches will arrive. The Plaxton Elite i coaches, which were new to Oxford Bus Company, are currently going through the refreshment process at Hants and Dorset Trim in Eastleigh.
