Go North West says it is delighted to announce its accreditation by the Real Living Wage Foundation, reinforcing its commitment to ensure all colleagues are paid fairly, as part of its drive to support its communities by guaranteeing to offer, as a minimum, the only UK wage rate which is based on the actual cost of living, and a more realistic rate than the UK Government’s National Living Wage.
Head of People at the operator Connor Lomas explained: “We recognise the key role our employees play in serving and connecting the areas where we all live. We want to support our colleagues and these communities by fulfilling our responsibility as a major employer in Greater Manchester. By partnering with the real Living Wage Foundation we’re in great company as we join more than 15,000 accredited employers. We’re really proud to be a part of the movement.”
