Parked outside the garage in 1961 is Eastern Coachworks bodied Guy Arab ASD405 (E68) new to Western SMT in 1943, re-bodied in 1951 and fitted with platform doors before transfer north, in anticipation of the harsh weather it would experience in Caithness. The image on the left shows a wider view of the scene, with the bus and garage just visible to the left of centre.
