Members of the CPT (Confederation of Passenger Transport) and CTA (Coach Tourism Association), the operator has made a name for itself locally thanks to its stellar customer service – but the foundations for that reputation were built 55 years ago, when the company’s founder Roger Bull began his career in the industry.
