LUXEMBOURG
Voyages Simon in Luxembourg has placed an order with Irizar for six 12m all-electric ie buses with charging infrastructure.
This purchase also includes maintenance and repair contracts, the manufacturer saying
it already has after sales support in place in the country.
Delivery of the two-door buses, which will have a range of 200-220km is expected in June and they will be able to seat 42 with an overall capacity of 72.
Charging will take place overnight using six CCS (Combined Charging System) Combo 2 connectors.
Luxembourg will have 27 Irizar 100% electric, zero emissions buses as Voyages Emilie Weber has already purchased 21 Irizar electric buses, seven of which are already fully in service.
